Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy

 

By registering for a Smash & Sip Tour you are agreeing to this terms, conditions and cancellation policy.

All tours are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Smash & Sip tours control. This includes weather related issues, acts of God, venue modification and transportation changes, and anything listed on an itinerary of a specific tour. Guests agree to adhere to specific lodging terms and conditions of properties where they are staying. If they fail to meet the agreements and Smash & Sip is notified and a cost is incurred due to guests while on a tour with Smash & Sip, the guests will be responsible directly to the lodging establishment for any noncompliance of their agreement or damages set forth in each individual lodging agreement. It is the responsibility of the guests to seek out each lodging’s policy and procedures if they have questions.

Payment and Cancelation Policy-Payment in full is due at the time of registration for your selected tour package using our online registration system for your convenience. Tax will be added to your package at check out. However, if you prefer other payment options, reach out to Smash & Sip directly to make those specific arrangements. The terms agreed upon with both parties will then be the accepted term and agreement and by us receiving your first payment you are acknowledging your understanding of the terms and conditions and full payment of the tour package including applicable taxes of your selected tour is required 65 days prior to the first day of the beginning of the specific tour you selected. If booking within 65 days of the first day of the tour, full payment of tour including applicable taxes is due upon registration. Due to the intimate nature of our tours and experiences, If you do have the need to cancel for any reason, including but not limited to COVID, and we are able to fill your registration with another guest/guests, for the exact cost of the experience you registered for, you will be refunded 75% of the total amount of your specific package unless otherwise noted. If we are unable to fill your reservation the tour is nonrefundable and Smash & Sip will not be able to offer a partial refund of any kind. In the event that a lodging and or event space where the tour is commencing shuts down Smash & Sip will refund up to the amount we are refunded.

COVID Cancellation Policy - We have taken into account the current restrictions and limitations of group gathering with COVID in mind. Tour experiences will reflect the local, state and federal guidelines in order to be in compliance. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to adhere to said guidelines. Smash & Sip bears no responsibility if any party is harmed in any way, including death, through contracting COVID and any other illness or injury of any kind.
